  • Payment

    1. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal.

    For orders in Singapore, you can also make payment via Internet Bank Transfer or direct ATM transfer to our DBS eSavings Plus account 070-8-012485.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    2. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Your clothes are handmade fresh! We strive to ship out orders within 14 business days upon receipt of payment. However, for our holiday collections, we need a lot more lead time for crafting due to large order quantities. Orders meant for Chinese New Year will be fulfilled at least a week before the first day of CNY. We thank you in advance for your patience — your little one deserves only the very best stitches in the very size you ask for! Good things are worth the wait, we say! :)

    3. What shipping companies do you use?

    We support local! Delivery within Singapore is at S$4.00 via SingPost SmartPac. Free shipping within Singapore for orders above S$100!

    We also ship worldwide at S$15.00 via SingPost Registered Mail (Overseas). Free shipping for international orders above S$180!

    We track your orders meticulously and ensure they enter the postal service in excellent condition. In the event that packages are lost, damaged or stolen in the shipping process, we will do our very best to assist you in package recovery but we are sadly unable to assume responsibility as the shipping process is beyond our control.

  • Customisation

    5. Do you provide bespoke designs?

    We are honoured that you have us in mind, and we've had much fun designing for weddings and special occasions! However, we are currently focusing on our core business of selling our own designs, so we will not be doing anymore bespoke designs. Drop us an email at hellobutton@missymessy.com though if you would like to request for size adjustments on your order. We will certainly try to accede to your requests if they are within our means!

  • Product Care

    6. How should I care for my Missy Messy creations?

    Our clothes are pretty fuss-free really. We wash ours in the washing machine. For best maintenance, wash them inside-out, low tumble-dry in a laundry bag or if you can, handwash them with love! First washes should always be done separately from other laundry.

  • Return Policy

    7. Can I get an exchange or refund?

    We are unable to exchange products as all our clothes are made fresh upon payment and made according to your order specifications. We do provide exchanges in circumstances where we assess that the clothes are defective or quality is compromised.

    We will refund the full amount paid if the order has to be cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
